Immobilien-Management GmbH - Gebäudeservice Würzburg (IMG-G) is a subsidiary of WVV, which works in cleaning, service and security services. We have more than 15 years of experience and over 100 qualified members of staff. Our customers are municipal bodies and institutions. We do not operate on the open market and offer a secure job with good pay.
Tasks:
As a Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the following work: Supervision of work results, maintaining contact with customers from an acquisition perspective, deployment of supervisors and foremen/women, staff recruitment. You will also ensure health and safety at work and provide instruction. You will be responsible for employees’ vacation planning and will organise the transport of materials and equipment. You will control material storage on site and maintain an inventory.
Qualifications
You have completed training as a building cleaner
School leaving certificate / Further education
Degree
Fachliche Zusatzqualifikation
Driving licence: Class B
Knowledge and experience
Microsoft Office package
Staff management experience
Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals
Good communication skills
Flexible approach to work
