Tasks:

The work and responsibilities of a Foreman/woman is diverse and varied. As a Foreman/woman, you will ensure trouble-free workflows on site. Your tasks involve performing work to customer requirements, monitoring team work results and rectifying defects if necessary. You will be in direct contact with the client. Your remit also involves ensuring proper health and safety at work, organising transport of materials and equipment and ensuring proper storage of materials on site. You will also supervise the external appearance of cleaners. Alongside organisational tasks, your role also includes managing, instructing and motivating your team.

   School leaving certificate / Further education

  Degree

  Additional technical qualification

 Driving licence: Class B

       Knowledge and experience

 Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals

 Knowledge of maintenance, basic, carpet and window cleaning

 Good communication skills

 Experience as a cleaner or foreman/woman
