Über uns:

Your work as a cleaner requires careful and precise work. You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of your assigned rooms and for proper waste separation and waste disposal. You should deal with cleaning agents properly and carefully and appropriately clean the rooms and furniture materials.

Tasks:

As a Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the following work: Supervision of work results, maintaining contact with customers from an acquisition perspective, deployment of supervisors and foremen/women, staff recruitment. You will also ensure health and safety at work and provide instruction. You will be responsible for employees’ vacation planning and will organise the transport of materials and equipment. You will control material storage on site and maintain an inventory.

  Additional technical qualification

 Driving licence: Class B

       Knowledge and experience

 Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals

 Knowledge of maintenance, basic, carpet and window cleaning

 Experience working as a cleaner
